If you receive a product that is  defective, please contact us via email at kingreysllc@gmail.com with the details of the issue. We will promptly assess your claim and, if valid, will gladly issue a replacement or a store credit. 

​Please note: This policy applies only to cases of defective; we do not provide refunds for products that do not align with personal preferences. 

​We must be notified by email within 15 days of purchase.

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 12 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
