If you receive a product that is  defective, please contact us via email at kingreysllc@gmail.com with the details of the issue. We will promptly assess your claim and, if valid, will gladly issue a replacement or a store credit.

Yerba Mate cannot be returned as it is a food product.

​Please note: This policy applies only to cases of defective; we do not provide refunds for products that do not align with personal taste preferences.

​We must be notified by email within 15 days of purchase.
